Caroline Hoy, Director of Operations

Caroline Hoy has an extensive background in nonprofit management and technology, currently serving as Director of Marketing and Communications for a large community health center network. She has served as executive director of a nonprofit that provided aviation programs for children and started the marketing operations at multiple nonprofit software startups prior to her current position.

Passionate about helping others access their full potential, she is a board member of Foster Success, a national organization that helps support foster youth as they enter adulthood. She studied Aviation Technology at Purdue University and is a published writer.
